Happy New Year! As the excitement of the holidays fades, January can feel challenging with shorter days, colder weather and lingering winter blues. Simple practices like staying connected, enjoying sunshine and warm foods, and nurturing our bodies can make a real difference. Our Engaged Aging team has added gatherings in January and February designed to lift spirits, foster connection, and help us make it to spring together. You can sign up or register for Engaged Aging events through the Realm Connect app, by visiting our events website at https://firstbaptistgreenville.com/engagedagingevents/, or by calling Jalyn Rutledge in the church office.
