The AYMC is buzzing with energy this summer, and we’re excited to share all that’s happening! We listened carefully to the survey responses and are taking steps to expand hours, offer more classes and incorporate new ways to build community at the AYMC. Whether you’re an early riser, yoga enthusiast, or looking for ways to keep the kids moving, our summer schedule is full of opportunities.
We’re thrilled to launch a new Rise & Cardio class Mondays at 6am, beginning June 16. It’s the perfect way to jump-start your week with high-energy, strength-building movement and motivation. All classes are free to AYMC members and $5 for guests.
Also new this summer is Chair Yoga with Anna Rinaldi on Tuesdays at 9am, beginning June 17. Anna will offer a gentle and grounding experience, ideal for all ages and mobility levels, promoting flexibility, balance and relaxation.
Summer hours begin Monday, June 16. The AYMC will open early on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00am, and at 11:30am on Sundays—perfect for early morning workouts or a walk around the track right after church.
Kids Gym Time is coming this July! If you have kids aged 0 –10 that you are spending time with this summer, you are invited to bring them to the AYMC for open free play in the gym. We’ll have kid-friendly equipment, games and fun activities set up to keep little ones moving while you have a chance to connect with our community. More information to come!
Don’t forget our ongoing favorites like Senior Exercise, Yoga, Pickleball, fitness center hours, and Pick Up Basketball. Visit our website for full details!
Whether you’re building strength, finding your flow, or simply enjoying time with your church family, the AYMC has something for everyone this summer! Follow us on Instagram @aymc_fbg to stay connected with AYMC this summer!
