MidWeek Spring Celebration
847 Cleveland St, Greenville, SC 29601
College students and college-age young adults are a vital part of the life of First Baptist Greenville. Whether you grew up here, moved to the Upstate for undergrad or grad school, or are college-age and working locally, we want you to know there’s a place for you—and we’d love to welcome you in.
We’re currently developing a refreshed college-age cohort designed to help you build real relationships, ask meaningful questions, and find community beyond Sunday mornings. Throughout the year, we also offer gatherings and events during holiday and summer breaks, creating space to connect, recharge, and belong—wherever you are on your faith journey.

Life after college can feel full—and still lonely. Between work schedules, relationships, and trying to keep up with everything else, finding meaningful community isn’t always easy. That’s where FBG Bridge comes in.
FBG Bridge is a community for young adults in their 20s and 30s who are navigating the working years of adulthood and looking for connections that fit real life. Some of us are single, some partnered; some have kids, others don’t. Wherever you are, you’re welcome here.
We meet on Sunday mornings from 9:15–10:15am in the Media Center for conversation, Scripture and space to breathe before the week begins. Beyond Sundays, we stay connected in simple, life-giving ways—grabbing lunch after church, sharing meals during the week, and finding time to connect outside the church.
Reach out to Camille Loomis Rehnborg, Minister of Spiritual Formation and Outreach, or follow us on Instagram to see what’s coming up next.
The Scholarship Committee of First Baptist Greenville serves as the primary recipient of gifts from generous church members and friends, or by their heirs as memorials for loved ones, who have left funds to assist students in their education. The committee exists to evaluate qualified individuals who are church members and/or friends of church members seeking financial assistance in pursuing an undergraduate or seminary degree by granting them academic scholarships.
First Baptist has four primary distribution funds from which academic scholarships may be awarded, each of which was established with its own criteria. For questions concerning applications, please contact Sarah Carter.
