Realm is FBG’s updated church member database, replacing Engage First and the ChurchLife app.
Realm has so many great tools, and one that we are especially excited to highlight this month is the Registration Events feature! Registration Events allow you to more easily find all the events happening that might be of interest to you all in one place.
Let’s use the Church Conference as an example. When you open the Realm Connect app and click on Events, you’ll find Church Conference as a Featured Event across the top of the page. You can click on ALL EVENTS or Search for an event by name by clicking the magnifying glass.
• Click on the Event name to read a Description and see other details.
• Click REGISTER BY NOVEMBER 12 to begin registering. Realm will allow you to register anyone in your immediate household by selecting or de-selecting as needed.
• Click Next to select your meal option and answer the required question regarding dietary restrictions. If you are paying online, please consider clicking the box to offset processing fees incurred by the church. You can adjust the quantity if you are paying for more than one meal.
• Click Next: Review to confirm your selections and choose your payment option.
• Click Register to complete the process!
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and when you view the Events page, you’ll see Church Conference in the Events I’ve Registered For area.
