After months of dreaming, designing, and transforming, our Children’s Ministry Hallway is ready to welcome our FBG Kids, and all of you, into a beautiful, reimagined space!
You’re invited to join us for the Grand (re)Opening on Sunday, November 9. The fun begins during Sunday School as our children enjoy their refreshed classrooms and continues after worship when the entire congregation is invited to gather for a moment of blessing, prayer and a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Over the past several months, we’ve worked to make this space one that truly reflects the joy, creativity and belonging we want every child and family to feel. Here’s a peek at what’s new:
A Playful New Entrance
In partnership with Rafael and Louisa of We Art Designs, we’ve created a colorful, welcoming entry that clearly marks our children’s ministry.
A Flowing Design
The artwork continues down the hallway, creating a bright and cohesive environment that invites curiosity and joy.
Improved Check-In Area
Multiple stations now make drop-off quicker and easier for families.
Wayfinding Made Simple
Clear classroom signage and colorful carpet squares help children (and guests!) easily find their way.
New Wednesday Night Bible Study Room
A dedicated space for midweek learning and connection.
Fresh Furniture and Design
Inclusive seating, new cabinetry/counters, and sound-absorbing art installations make every room comfortable, functional and sensitive to the needs of all children.
We are so grateful for the vision of our church leadership, the tireless work of our Property Committee, and the unwavering support of our congregation—especially through the Stogner Fund. This transformation was truly a community effort, and it shows how deeply we value our children and families.
Join us as we bless this new space, give thanks for all who made it possible and look forward to all that God will do through FBG Kids in the years ahead.
