Position: Nursery Caregiver (ages 8 weeks to 5K); floater.
Classification: Hourly (8:45AM – 12PM)
Potential for additional hours on Wednesday Evenings in the Fall.
Job Summary: The Nursery Caregiver will offer care during the Sunday School and Worship hours, and occasionally for special events and worship services (as availability allows).
Description/Requirements:
Under the supervision of the Minister to Children along with the Ministry Assistant to Children, provide a safe and welcoming environment for children in the classrooms.
Nursery staff will actively care for, play with, and attend to the needs of all children in the classroom.
Prepare and set up classroom before children arrive and clean/reset classroom after all children are picked up.
Work alongside fellow nursery staff to create a collegial atmosphere and partnership.
Additional Requirements
Three years of experience working with children
Pass a Background check.
Abide by all Personnel and Protecting our Children Policies and Procedures.
