HS Youth & College International Missions
THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH, COLLEGE, and ADULTS
Our High School and College Mission Immersion Experience is a highlight of every summer for our youth who have finished 9th grade through College. During a student’s time in the Youth Family, we hope they will experience local, regional, and international missions. This year, we are headed to Costa Rica! Youth who have completed 9th grade or higher are invited to attend! We also welcome College students on this immersion experience.
Please note that the dates for the trip are Saturday, June 13, to Friday, June 19, 2026. In order to travel on this mission immersion experience, you must have a valid U.S. Passport. A valid U.S. Passport is a passport booklet that does not expire before December 31, 2026.
Deadline to Register & Pay Deposit: Sunday, December 21
A $300 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your spot.
*The FBG Finance Committee has directed that the deposit of $300 will be non-refundable after Sunday, February 15.

FBG Total Trip Cost per youth/college/adult $950 (with church supplement).

Payment Schedule
Sunday, December 21 – Registration and Non-Refundable Deposit of $300/person
*The FBG Finance Committee has directed that the deposit of $300 will be non-refundable after Sunday, February 15.
Sunday, March 1 – PPM registration completed and second payment of $300/person is due
Sunday, May 17 – Fiinal payment of $350/person and all paperwork due

Incremental Payments & Scholarships:
We recognize that trip costs can add up, and we never want finances to be a barrier. To support families, we offer incremental payments and scholarships.
Trip Payments: Once you register and pay the deposit for a trip, you may make payments of any amount, at any time, toward your balance. This is available for all 2026 youth trips.
Credit Card:
Pay online through Realm. Choose the appropriate trip and enter any amount you’d like to pay toward your balance. You may make incremental payments throughout the year.
Checks: Submit checks to Sarah Dunn in the Youth Office.
Memo: Student’s Name + Trip Name
You may make incremental payments all year.
Scholarships: If cost is a concern, please reach out. We never want finances to prevent a youth from participating. Contact Mary Carol confidentially for scholarship information or to discuss your family’s needs.
