High School Seniors – Class of 2026 Retreat Monday, June 1 – Friday, June 5

Lodging: Our lodging has not yet been reserved because we are unsure of commitment. AirBnb & VRBO have a strict non-refundable deposit, and large cancellation fee. The sooner we know your commitment, the quicker we can reserve the appropriate lodging for our group.
Deadline to Register & Pay Deposit: Sunday, January 11
The FBG Finance Committee has directed that the deposit of $200 will be non-refundable after Sunday, January 11, 2026

$650/person (this is an estimate)
*This price is subject to change based on the total number of participants, activities, and other incidentals. Once we have a solid commitment from our seniors we will be able to do a final price per person.

We will have a fast food lunch on the way (money required)
Lodging: Air Bnb or VRBO house in Charleston area
Friday, June 5: Return to FBG
Fast food lunch on the way home (money required)
Incremental Payments & Scholarships:
We recognize that trip costs can add up, and we never want finances to be a barrier. To support families, we offer incremental payments and scholarships.
Trip Payments: Once you register and pay the deposit for a trip, you may make payments of any amount, at any time, toward your balance. This is available for all 2026 youth trips.
Credit Card:
Pay online through Realm. Choose the appropriate trip and enter any amount you’d like to pay toward your balance. You may make incremental payments throughout the year.
Checks/Cash: Submit checks to Sarah Dunn in the Youth Office.
Memo: Student’s Name + Trip Name
You may make incremental payments all year.
Scholarships: If cost is a concern, please reach out. We never want finances to prevent a youth from participating. Contact Mary Carol confidentially for scholarship information or to discuss your family’s needs.
