Do you want to learn more about the history of First Baptist Greenville or how to get involved in church life? First Baptist 101 is a class for you! This three-part series is designed for visitors, new church members or anyone considering church membership seeking a broad overview of the life of the church. First Baptist 101 is also a way to get answers to specific church questions. Attendees of our fall series explored questions such as: “If FBG is not Southern Baptist, what kind of Baptist are we?” “What will my children really be hearing about who God is?” and “How will membership change the way we participate in community life?” In addition, First Baptist 101 is a great way to meet other newcomers! The sessions are conversational and informal. We will meet after worship in the Adkins-Bouton Classroom (Room C403) for refreshments and travel around the church to explore how God is at work in each space.
