The Uptown Company, formerly Uptown Catering, led by Michael and Carol Rosensteel, has provided food service to our church family and adjacent events for more than 12 years. Michael and Carol Rosensteel have decided to close the business, and we are thrilled that they want to continue to provide food service to FBG! Hello to our dear FBG friends,
We are happy to announce we are semi-retiring. As you know, we have been on a journey for the last few years, and it has opened our eyes to what is important. Time is something you can’t get back. So, we have decided to close Uptown Company as of September 30, 2025. It has been a great journey for us and for our family, opening many doors. One of the greatest doors is the relationship we share with First Baptist. We could not be more blessed by the congregation and the staff, as we have all become friends and workmates.
With all that said, we will not be going anywhere. Through much conversation and working through logistics, First Baptist offered us (Michael and Carol) a Kitchen Co-Managers position to continue food service at the church. We are honored by this and have accepted. Please continue to contact us for your personal food service needs. So, while we are semi-retired, we are still here for you.
