The AYMC is currently offering our congregation members and community members many opportunities to reach their fitness and wellness goals. Here are some of our class offerings:

Limited Exercise—Monday and Wednesday 10 am-11am
Pickleball—Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am-1pm
Body Pump w/ Derrick Hallums—Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Yoga—Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm-4:30pm (resumes Tuesday, February 20)
Weight Watchers—schedule and sign up at

AYMC Operating Hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday—8am-8pm
Wednesday and Friday—8am-2pm
