Last week, 30 of the Youth Family’s juniors and seniors gathered for a night all about them! Every year, Mary Carol and I gather with the upperclassmen for an evening of fun and food. This year, we met at Craft Axe Throwing at Hampton Station for an hour of axe-throwing fun. Following our cutting-edge entertainment, we enjoyed pizza and time together outdoors. This evening provides a chance for our juniors to celebrate our seniors and an opportunity for our seniors to spend some quality time with the juniors. Just because the seniors are leaving does not mean they are gone for good. These two groups will continue to nurture and love each other as they both move out of high school and into college and the working world. We are so grateful for their leadership in our Youth Family!
