TCBY Frozen Yogurt Party
Friday, July 24, 3:00-4:00pm
First Baptist Church
The senior adults at First Baptist have very much missed our times of fellowship during meals, trips, classes and events that we are used to doing together. We can’t wait until we can do all of our routine activities together again, but until then, we will become creative with virtual and socially and physically distanced events.
We are hosting a drive-through TCBY frozen yogurt party on Friday, July 24, at 3:00 in the afternoon for First Baptist Senior Adults and Neighborhood Partnership friends. The party will be set up at the sidewalk outside the Fellowship Hall/Rotunda drive through. The servers will be wearing masks and gloves and using clear bin containers to serve. Guests will be allowed to park in the spaces just ahead lining the toddler and preschool wings (and on the far side of the preschool playground if necessary) with cones blocking every other spot. Guests will also be allowed to roll down windows and speak to people from inside your car. We look forward to seeing you on July 24 at 3:00pm. We hope this Friday afternoon cold summer treat will warm your heart and help you connect with First Baptist and friends in the Senior Adult Ministry.
