On the fence about registering? Not sure what Operation Inasmuch is all about?
Operation Inasmuch 2018 is a wonderful half-day of service occurring rain or shine on March 17. We gathered some insightful experiences from participants about their Operation Inasmuch service from years past.
“Last year we helped paint two rooms at Triune Mercy Center. It was wonderful to see the rooms come to life with new a new coat of paint. They were so excited to have us there, and it was a great team effort with adults and kids of all ages participating. Triune serves an important role in ministering to the homeless in the Greenville community. Our work really made a difference in helping with the upkeep of their building.”

“Operation Inasmuch was a great opportunity to work with organizations that are doing meaningful work in Greenville. We spent the day painting houses for Genesis Homes. I enjoyed supporting that organization, the homeowners and getting to know fellow church members that I had not yet met. I’m looking forward to OIAM 2018!”

“Last year, I lead a team that worked with the city of Greenville and Genesis Homes to accomplish a neighborhood restoration project in the Overbrook Historic District. We served three homes by providing a fresh coat of paint to the front exterior of the home and assisted the homeowners by cleaning debris and stains from their walkway and drive via pressure washing. Everyone enjoyed investing a day in service and meeting new friends in this historic neighborhood.”
