Fall is finally in the air, and that means cool mornings and making plans for our annual Trunk or Treat with our neighbors in the Nicholtown Community. Again, this year COVID-19 will have an impact on how we are able to provide a Trunk or Treat experience for the Nicholtown children. The community leadership has requested that we not have a traditional Trunk or Treat as we have done in the past, but follow the same model as in 2020.

Your “treat” donations are very important and will enable us to provide treats without being present. All treats will be placed in special treat bags and taken to the children in the Greenville City After School Program and the Nicholtown church for a Halloween drive-through.

You can participate in October’s Churchwide Mission Project while providing a safe, fun Halloween experience for our neighbors by donating bags of candy that will be used to fill the Children’s treat bags. Your treats can be dropped off at the church and placed in the collection containers during church office hours and on Sundays. Thanks for your help in providing a new kind of Trick or Treat experience for our Partnership Children this Halloween!
