The mission statement for First Baptist Day School reads, in part, “Our goal is to help young children feel secure in their early experiences away from home, to develop a positive self-image and an awareness of others, and to learn about God’s love through nurturing by caring teachers. Our goal is to support each child in his own learning style, nourish his curiosities and inquiring mind, and guide him in growing respect for himself and the world around him.”
First Baptist Day School enrolls children ages eight weeks through five-year-olds. The 200+ children enrolled in the school are supported by a staff of 60 educators. Additional information about the school may be found on the school’s website at firstbaptistdayschool.com.
