Enrollment for First Baptist Church members and current students will be held January 7-10.
First Baptist Day School, a private preschool founded in 1952, serves 200 children ages eight weeks through five years. Our school year runs from mid-August until mid-May. Our hours are 9am-1pm with options for early and extended stay. We do not offer a summer program.
The school is licensed by the state of South Carolina. In 1989, the teaching staff began their study of the Reggio Approach, an educational philosophy which originated in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Integration of our interpretation of this philosophy guides the learning process.
