You and your pets are invited to a Blessing of the Pets service at First Baptist Greenville at 6:30pm on Sunday, October 13. This short service, open to people of all faiths, is traditionally held on or near the birthdate of St. Francis of Assisi, known for his reverence for all God’s creatures. The service will include music, a brief homily, and prayers to celebrate the beauty of God’s creation and ask for blessings on our beloved animal companions. Pets must be on a leash, in a carrier, or aquarium. Bring your pet and invite a friend.
