[fusion_text]JustFaith is starting again this fall. We invite you to participate in a life-changing study – to be challenged spiritually and morally to build a more just and peaceful world. After completing the course last year, I was challenged to enable others – YOU.
Having a D.Min. and 20 years of experience as a missionary with the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, I have been involved in outreach to the poor, refugees, over-the-road truckers and children of prison inmates. As a part of JustFaith coursework, we will study local poverty, global poverty, racism, environmental sustainability, and advocacy – as well as other topics. Approximately two hours per week of reading is assigned as “homework” in preparation for the weekly meetings.
Classes begin after Labor Day, take a month-long break for Christmas, and then resume January through mid-April for a total of 24 weeks. Anna Woodham will teach the weekday sessions, and I will teach the evening sessions. Contact Tandy Taylor at 864-918-8898 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
